How reciprocal season works, north to south
A member's guide to timing requests around summer and winter seasons across the network.

Most reciprocal agreements are seasonal, and the seasons run opposite. A Southwest Florida club opens its reciprocal windows in summer, when its own members have gone north; a Carolina mountain club opens in winter, when the snow has sent its members south.
Reading the windows
Every club in your network publishes its reciprocal availability windows in the portal. A window is a date range, sometimes with days of the week, during which the club accepts reciprocal requests. Outside a window, the request button is simply not there — no guessing, no calling to check.
Timing a trip
Request early in the window rather than early in the day. Host clubs approve in order, and the first week of a season is the busiest. A request submitted the evening before travel usually clears both clubs within a business day, but a request submitted a week ahead almost always does.
