Guest passes get a cleaner approval trail
Hosts now see exactly who approved what, and members get one confirmation instead of three emails.

A guest on a reciprocal visit used to mean a second conversation: the host club confirming the round, then a separate note about the guest, then a third message reconciling the two. The approval now carries the guest with it.
What changed
The host's approval screen lists the member and every guest on one card, with the agreement's guest allowance shown beside it. Approving the visit approves the party. Declining a guest while approving the member is one click, not an email.
Members receive a single confirmation that names everyone on the reservation and the host's guest policy, so there is nothing to forward and nothing to reconcile at the gate.
